Pardon the title. I just had to.
Deathstroke the Terminator from Batman: Arkham Origins.
Why? Because he's such a BAMF and I just frikkin' love his design in this game (thank you Wes Burt). No super powers and yet he takes down heroes like they're lunch rolls. Him actually tripping The Flash several times is a running gag (pun very much intended)
Tried out a new style and loved the process of doing this thing. :'D my hand hurts now.

Slade does have super powers, healing factor, heightened sense's and reflexes, higher brain function, enhanced strength and durability and speed.
That being said awesome art of a design I really enjoy, Arkham Origins really did a great job in Deathstroke's look.
